No worries
In general, turbo engines sound poorly as the turbo itself ‘blocks’ the natural engine sound. This is why turbo engines always sound poorly, whether it’s a McLaren, or a 911 Turbo, etc etc.
Equal length exhaust tubes sound better than unequal length. The F8X has unequal length and finally the aftermarket has fixed this with a special exhaust/exhaust plumbing.
It seems like in the G8X we’re getting equal length exhaust from the factory
In an inline 6 cylinder engine it is not so easy to make a equal length exhaust, as each cylinder is a different distance from the muffler.
